RENTAL PERIOD
Unless otherwise stated, all prices listed are for 48-hour rentals. Pick-up or delivery the day before your event, with returns the day after, are charged as one-time rentals. Rates for periods longer than a single use are available by quote. Charges are based on time out, whether equipment is used or not. Weekends & holidays are counted as part of rental period. We reserve the right to change rental period to 24 hours during our peak season. |

RESERVATIONS
You may reserve any rental item by phone; however, all rentals must be prepaid at time of pickup or delivery with a 50% down payment for reserved items. Deposit is non-refundable. |

CANCELLATIONS
Deposit is non-refundable. If the reservation is cancelled less than 48 hours before, 100% of total rental is assessed.
Final count on centerpieces, dishes, tables and
chairs are required 5 days prior to delivery or
pickup dates. |

CLEANING
China, glassware & silverware must be cleaned before returning. Cleaning charges will be 35% of the total rental. |

DELIVERY & PICKUP SERVICE
Charges for this service based on dock or first floor drop-off. Upper floor & basement deliveries, as well as long distance carrying, require additional delivery charges. Rental items delivered will be neatly stacked at a mutually convenient location. On pickup, all rental items should be stacked in the same location, tables & chairs folded, food serving items cleaned & returned to appropriate containers. Delivery charges do not include set-up or take-down. If you require this service, please request a rate at time of reservation.
