2) STROKE PLAY is played between individuals normally up to 4, the winner being the player with the highest total score of the round. Again choose to play either 9 or 18 at the start.

Skittles:

A game can be played as singles between two players or between two teams of up to 12 players. For league play: a team is usually in four groups of three. Each group bowls one "hand" in turn. A hand comprises of three strikes (balls) at the skittles - one strike by each player in the group. If all the pins are bowled over in less than 3 strikes, then they are reset giving a maximum possible score in a "hand" of 27. A leg is complete when each group has bowled one "hand". A match normally consists of 3 legs.

Horse-Shoes:

The first player (or team player pitches 2 shoes, followed by the opponent (or the first player in the opposing team) who pitches 2 shoes. This completes a FRAME. The winner of a frame pitches first in the next frame. Players not pitching must remain away from the alley and not interfere with or move the pitched shoes before the frame ends. A MATCH consists of 21 points.

Ring Toss:

Place the base with centre large peg in the hole situated at the center skittle position and square to the alley. The first player (or team player) throws 2 rings, followed by the opponent (or the first player in the opposing team) who throws 2 rings. This completes a Frame. The winner of a frame throws first in the next frame. Players not throwing must remain away from the alley and not interfere with or move the thrown rings before the frame ends. A MATCH consists of 10 frames.
